The new tilt resistant system offers the following advantages:

• The number of wooden dowels that may be used can be reduced
• Thanks to a special thread, the bore is not damaged during assembly
• Different surfaces make the various dowel lengths easy to identify

The new JERGER cross head:

• Easy and comfortable assembly, usable either with cross-head or flat-head screwdriver
• Stable design through patented universal head

System joints:

• Thread with integral ball on its end (registered design)
• Head with Jerger cross-slot
• Cost benefit, because the ball on the thread replaces the plastic ball in the sleeve
• Very high extraction resistance of the sleeve because of angular contours together with expansion
• Easy assembly, because the sleeve is secured against twisting due to its hexagon shape
