This is what the future looks like.

Jerger KG designed and developed its production and manufacturing facilities in line with the market requirements: optimal utilization, the highest degree of automation and uncompromising quality. Our many years of experience form the foundation for consistent further development and optimization of production equipment. Several possible face processing techniques, such as milling, boring, punching, thread cutting, turning, etc., can be used on both sides of the workpiece without problem. Particularly in the area of possible cross processing techniques (multiple cross threads and/or cross holes), the increase in efficiency is enormous compared to other manufacturing processes. In addition to round material in the diameter range of 4.5 mm to 20 mm, profile material such as a hexagon (SW8, SW10, SW13) or a square (7 mm diameter) can be processed. By continuously optimizing internal logistics and technology, Jerger KG provides high capacities and flexibility in three shifts and delivers a processing speed that sets standards in the industry for certified quality.
