To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on procurement, planning, and IT/ERP affinity, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Procurement & Planning:

• Operational and strategic procurement of raw materials, goods, and services
• Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers
• Conducting price negotiations and maintaining contracts and terms
• Planning and ensuring timely material availability
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Close coordination with production, production control, and sales

ERP Administration & Process Development:

• Key user and central contact for our ERP system
• Maintenance, structuring, and further
• Training and support for internal ERP users
• Liaison with external IT service providers and software vendors

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, planning, or a commercial role within an industrial company
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflows
• Strong IT affinity and interest in digital processes
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally as a key user or administrator
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental thinking
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion
