To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Production Planner / Manufacturing Control Specialist (m/f/d) for our series production, characterized by a flat product range and a high degree of automation, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Planning and controlling series production in a highly automated manufacturing environment with low product depth
• Ensuring on-time production while considering capacities, material availability, setup times, and inventory levels
• Detailed scheduling, timing, and prioritization of production orders
• Monitoring and optimizing throughput, resource utilization, and inventory levels
• Close coordination with procurement, sales, and production as a central interface function
• Supporting the continuous improvement of planning and control processes
• Analyzing deviations from plans and initiating appropriate measures to ensure delivery reliability
• Actively contributing to the further development of planning and control processes
• Using and further developing digital and AI-supported planning tools

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in production control, production planning, scheduling, or work preparation – ideally in an industrial series production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the interrelations of capacities, material availability, setup times, inventories, and delivery dates
• Combination of technical understanding and commercial thinking
• IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and assertiveness with a confident presence on the shop floor
• Team-oriented and cross-departmental collaboration
• High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation to ensure delivery reliability
