Your tasks:

• Supporting and providing professional guidance in the planning and implementation of the company’s quality policy and quality objectives
• Actively working in production and supporting the manufacturing teams
• Handling customer complaints, including direct communication with customers when required
• Maintaining and continuously developing the quality management system, including the planning, coordination, and support of customer audits and internal audits in accordance with ISO 9000 / ISO 9001
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and workflows
• Maintaining and further developing the existing quality management system
• Communication and correspondence with national and international business partners

Your profile:

• Technical training or degree, ideally with additional qualifications in quality management; alternatively a trained mechanic with relevant further training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in metal processing
• Solid knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, would be an advantage
• Experience in conducting audits and applying quality management methods
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CAQ systems
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and assertiveness, as well as an independent, results-oriented and team-oriented way of working
